Poetry is ... that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does. --Allen Ginsberg

Untitled

Josh
Funny but annoying
Talking rapidly
As skinny as a toothpick
If only I could walk less

Daddy
Strong and kind
Working awkwardly
As stubborn as a broken TV
If only he gave me a credit card

Mommy
Loving and caring
Cooking slowly
As cool as a Ninja
If only she loved me more

It just came to me. It felt nice to make art. I was amazed at it.

Nine oh nine

There is a laser
There are footsteps
They are here
The robots are here

All about Nana

Nana is sweet
Sweet and sweet
Sweet like a very sweet cupcake

She hugs me
She kisses me
She hugs me when I come back to her

I love her
She loves me
We love each other
Just right

We're really good family members
We all are too
Our family is good
We're good too
We're supergood
And sometimes we have accidents
Mistakes

Sometimes we play stuff
And sometimes we work with stuff
Sometimes we work and play
At the same time
Like doing a fun game
That's helping your mind

We love each other
And I thank her when she gives me stuff
And she thanks me when I give her stuff

Puppies that I Love

My dog is great
And makes me think
Of how great big dogs look like
Makes me think that he is sweet

I love him
He loves me
We both love the same things
Cheese and crackers
Crackers and cheese
No matter what we get
We say please

In a Pond

Not flower growing
Wet sea plants growing
Water everywhere
West, south, east, and north
Ducks floating, fish swimming
Ducks pecking to eat fish

Baby duck following mother and fathers
Lily pads floating around along in the blue pond
No matter where it does not matter
And less is the ocean
We can go in the water

Our World

Water and land
Human and animals
Living in land, living in water
Ducks, eagles, much more too
Me and you are mammals
Just like the rest of humans

Dinosaurs and robots
Clouds, sky, and plants
Things that can fly
Things that walk
Things that swim

Animal and mammals everywhere
West, east, north, and south
